Highlights from our trip to California

What a week! Staying at a hotel room with a brand new baby is not the most fun in the world, but we made the best of it.
We actually stayed at three different hotels, but we spent the last five nights at the Holiday Inn Express in El Dorado Hills. It was definitely the best of the three. Not only was the staff totally friendly and the rooms very clean, but they have a HUGE bathroom vanity. A must when you are getting up several times a night to make bottles! The fridge and microwave in the room were also lifesavers.

This girl kept us sane over in California. Jennifer from Little Angels. I've been speaking with her on the phone for months, and it was awesome to finally meet her. She met us at the airport with our precious little bundle. She answered all our questions. She held our hands through some tough situations, and kept me from having total meltdown. She is truly amazing, and we couldn't have done it without her!
It was hard spending Easter Sunday away from our boys. We went to church that morning, but to pass some time we drove to the Sacrmento temple Sunday afternoon. It is gorgeous!


We spent most of the week just loving our cute little angel.
She is a dream come true!!
